Founder, owner, and Creative Director Lynn Weissman earned a Master's degree in Philanthropy and Media from the Visionaries Institute (2002) where she was awarded the Waterston Fellowship, a merit-based full scholarship through the generosity of actor-philanthropist Sam Waterston. She holds another M.S. in Public Health (1992).

Before launching a video career at the turn of the century, Lynn worked for 12 years in public health, also sidelining in writing and production.

Lynn's work has been broadcast on public and cable TV, radio, webcast, screened at U.S and Canadian festivals, and won several grant and festival awards. Lynn lives with her partner, Joel, and their rambunctious identical twin boys.
